On the afternoon of March 28, the awards for the winners of the Best Thesis on Digital Marketing 2024 competition, organized by IAB Hungary, were presented at the Duna Tower. Out of the 26 entries submitted, eight works made it to the finals. Among them, three students and their supervisors received awards accompanied by a monetary prize.

The winner in the undergraduate category was Blanka Krasznai, a student at Corvinus University of Budapest, with her thesis titled From Puns to Brand Building, supervised by Dr. Éva Markos-Kujbus. In the graduate category, the jury declared a tie, awarding two winners. One prize for the best thesis went to Barbara Kocsó (Corvinus University of Budapest) for her work Scrolling for Skincare – A Qualitative Study on TikTok as an Edutainment Tool, also supervised by Dr. Éva Markos-Kujbus. Another prize in the graduate category was awarded to Henrietta Mónika Boros from the University of Debrecen for her thesis Exploring Rebranding Through Eye-Tracking Research at a Food Industry Company, supervised by Dr. András Fehér, with Dr. Enikő Kontor as co-supervisor.
